1. Acceptance of Digest Diary Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Digest Diary, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Digest Diary purpose and medical disclaimer

Digest Diary helps you record and organize information that you enter, including meals, symptoms, bowel movements, tags, and notes. Stool consistency labels, timeline order, charts, and summary counts are descriptive records only. Digest Diary is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, nutritional ratings, or medical or dietary advice. These records do not establish causation.

Do not delay or change professional care based on Digest Diary. Seek qualified medical help for symptoms, medical questions, or emergencies.

3. Your responsibilities with Digest Diary

• You are responsible for the information you enter and how you interpret or share it.
• You must use the app lawfully and may not interfere with its security or operation.
• You should review reports for accuracy before sharing them with anyone.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your device and exported files.
• You are responsible for storing and protecting any journal backup you export.

4. Digest Diary Pro

Digest Diary Pro features may include PDF and CSV export, unlimited history, personal count summaries, templates, and themes. Digital feature purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The price and purchase type shown in the App Store purchase sheet at confirmation control the transaction. Refund requests and payment issues are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

5. Digest Diary availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep local data formats and export tools reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future device or operating system.

6. Digest Diary disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Digest Diary is provided “as is” and without warranties of medical accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for decisions made from diary entries, loss caused by device failure or deletion, or handling by a third party after you share an export. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Digest Diary Terms changes and contact
